Had a problem with one of my hearing aids and they got me in and fixed the problem the next morning
Alisea was very knowledgeable, patient listened and understanding. She ran into a difficult situation with my old aids. She took her time and uncovered what the problem was. My aids were shown at starkey to have been sold to 2 other people and starkey would not work on them because of suspected fraud. Alisea created a solution we both could handle. My technician Alisea, with 24 years experience was very knowledgeable, courteous and explained everything in detail. I left with a pair of heating aids and opened a new world for me.
